We are excited to introduce FF's Leadership Club — an exclusive network of individuals passionate to shape a gender-just world. We strongly believe that greater representation of the marginalised sections in decision-making diversifies the process, which in turn enriches the institution and society. Keeping this in mind, we have been nurturing and grooming women political leaders through capacity-building, training, and mentorship. Our focus is not limited to only increasing women’s representation in politics, we intend to improve the quality of their representation as well.
